Who Processes Your Data

What Data We Collect
Only what you provide in the booking form yourself: your name, email address or phone number, the chosen treatment and the text of your message. The site does not request or store payment details, and it uses no profiling or advertising cookies.
Why We Process It
To contact you and confirm your booking or answer your question. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before the service is provided (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries we receive (Art. 6(1)(f)). That is the only purpose — we do not use booking details for marketing and do not pass them to third parties for advertising.
How Long We Keep It
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up about your visit, and no longer than 12 months after the last contact; then we delete it. If you would like your data deleted sooner, just write to us — we will do it.
Who May Receive The Data
Website maintenance and the technical delivery of booking requests are provided by an external IT partner acting as a data processor on our behalf and only on our instructions. The booking email is delivered to the salon's mailbox. Beyond these processors no one receives the data, except where required by law.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion or restriction of processing, receive it in a portable format, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv). To exercise these rights, simply write to Muskat.space@gmail.com.
